Thanks for the question. This is definitely an interesting issue. Being on time has become more important to me since marrying my wife, so I can see why it might be frustrating to you.
To start off, when did this issue start occurring? If you have synced your alarms, does the alarm go off four minutes late on other devices if you ask it to?
As far as troubleshooting goes, I'd recommend forgetting the device and then reconnecting it to see if that helps solve the issue. Also make sure that your app and devices are all up to date with their latest firmware.
