All my geeni devices where removed from my home app last night 6/13 around 10 pm and will not reconnect
when I try to reconnect geeni it says I have no devices on the geeni account but the geeni app shows all my devices are connected and and they work from the geeni app I just can't use it from my Google devices or home app it seem to have removed the geeni application completely from my home account

Having same issue tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalled very unhappy at this point in time

Same issue. Google home won’t link geeni no matter all I’ve tried.

I had the same issue last night. Went to tell my Google device “goodnight” which automates all of my geeni lights to turn on and off and I was told they were all unavailable. I looked at the activity log in my Google Home app and it showed all of them being removed at the exact same time by myself when I never did. Reconnecting geeni to the app states that it is successful but it never shows it being linked again.

Hey all. Try again. Add device. Works with Google. Add geeni…. Works now for me. 🤷🏻♂️

I had same issue last night and tried everything as well and nothing fixed it. When i did not know what else to do I searched and found an article as to where this had happened to several other people sometime ago and they found it started working next morning. After finding that I went to bed and now I have everything working again. Only explanation I can come up with is geeni did not grant google it’s wishes so google got mad and they stopped talking but by morning they kiss and make up.

Thanks for bringing this up. I know how annoying it is if something is not working on your devices especially when it comes to your Geeni smart devices.
This seems to be related to the recent outage that happened with Geeni but should be resolved now. Please don't forget to refresh your device by rebooting it.
If you still have the same issue please answer the questions below so I can further isolate it and provide some other steps that you can try:
