App Sign In.

I’m unable to sign in to my Nest app. I’ve been using it regularly and sign in with FaceID, until today it’s asking me to enter an email and password. I clicked ‘forgot password’ and it says an email is sent to me for instructions on resetting password but I’m not receiving an email with instructs.  HELP!

Hello JanLBeach,

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble signing in to your Nest app. Let's sort this out.

 

Usually, the reason why you're not receiving any verification code is if you tried using a different account. Please make sure that you're signing in with the right email address associated with your Nest Thermostat. If so, try both the "Sign in with Google" and "Sign in with Nest" options. Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Nest app to refresh.
