Blank feed in home app and no way to customise it

The feed screen in my home app used to be setup correctly, only showing the priority events which I wanted to see. The past week or so, no camera events have been showing in my home app at all! I've had a few Google ads but no events for days.

Help says to tap 'see customisation settings' on the blank feed screen but there isn't any button for that, so i don't know if everything has been filtered out or if there's some other reason why nothing will show up.

Thanks for visiting the Community. 

If you haven't already, please ensure that the Google Home that you have installed is up-to-date. Try to uninstall and reinstall it if the issue remains and check if it's still showing a blank feed on the app.

The app has updated and the new version doesn't seem to have a feed page, so I guess I don't still have the issue but a shame because I used the feed a lot before

This certainly has not been easy on you. Please tell me what country, Google Home app version and phone model you are using so we can look into this further. We'd also appreciate it if you could file a feedback on the app regarding this issue so our product team can receive crash log reports from your device. Here's the link on how to send feedback.
