This is an older problem that still hasn't been fixed.ive probably spent 4 hrs of support time already,so I just stopped with it but... I have 3 cameras out of the 3(new)only one is now connected.my sucscription to nest had run out by just a few hours, when I paid the bill and looked at my camera it was offline and I've never been able to get my new camera back on.nest support evidentially didn't have any additional tips because with all the phone supp I've done it's still messed up.the camera in hallway is a little odd.it doesn't have a pict to it but will every now n then say camera offline so many min or smthn to that effect but sup couldn help with it either.anybody have suggestions.ive powered off n on changed cords,reconnected u name it.
