Hey there,
I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Please let me know.

Best regards,
Garrett DS

Hi Grarrett

I re-installed google home and created new routine with announce command, no audio device in selection. While created a routine with play music, then all audio devices are there for selection. Definitely it's a big bug on google home routine. It's quite simple to test it by just creating an announce command. You have no changes to select audio device. And when you play the routine, it seems that it's working but no any voice comes out at all.

Thank you very much !

Hey there,

Sorry to hear that you're still having issues with this. Would you mind uninstalling and reinstalling the app? If the issue persists, I would suggest sending feedback to our engineering team through this link so that they can investigate this.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Best regards,

Garrett DS

I've already done that as I stated on previous posts. It's  very easy to re-create the problem. Just create a routine with an announce command,  it won't let you chose audio devices. Don't know what's happened  to it.

Hi there,

If you've already sent feedback through that link to our engineering team, then the best thing to do at this point is to wait for them to investigate the issue as there is no potential workaround at this time.

Apologies for the frustrations on this.

Best regards,

Garrett DS
