Can not access to Google nest mini G2 from Google home app

My Google nest mini G2 was added to Google home succesfully

But I have below error when access Google Nest mini G2

I have tried below steps:

- Connect both GG home and GG nest mini G2 to the same 2.4 and 5GHz

- Uninstall/Install GG home then add and control GG nest mini G2

- Tried with other GG Nest Mini G2

- Install GG Home App  on other phone and connect to GG nest mini

All the above steps did not help me to fix the issue.  Does anyone have experienced and share me the solution?

Hi TienNguyen,

Thanks for providing the steps you've tried. Since it is isolated on only one Google Nest speakers, have you already tried to perform a complete reset on it and check if you will still experience the same? Also, it would be better to keep it close to the router so we can make sure that distance would not be an issue.
