Where did Nest go?

So I can log in but no cameras views, subscription good, cameras show online....since transferred to Google, its been downhill ever since transferring to Google. Both properties unable to observe. Smilar problems, not getting emails to reset password...

Nest Cam Battery Wired Cant Mute Live Feed iPhone

Hi, Is there a reason why I can't mute the live feed of the stream on the Nest cam when viewing it in the app using the volume control on my phone?I can mute events that have been recorded.Maybe it's a bug?
