Currently, it's not possible to give full home access to a guest. If you want to add a family member, you can do it from the Google Home app. For guests, I recommend providing a passcode to limit their access.
The feature Home Entry Only access allows a person to lock or unlock the Nest x Yale Lock. They won't have access to other Nest products or features.
To create a passcode for a guest, please follow these steps:
- Open the Nest app.
- Select your Nest x Yale Lock.
- At the button on the screen, select Family & Guests.
- Select Add a Person: Enter the person's name and tap Continue.
- Choose Home Entry only.
- Generate a passcode or create a custom one.
- Send the passcode information via email.
