Can't connect to ewelink or tuya

Devices appear not responding manner in google home app while it work well in ewelink or tuya app

How to fix this please

It's likely an issue with the Google integration on the third party side, I'd try unlinking the devices from Google and setting them up again.  If it still doesn't work after that you'll have to work with the third party - all that's happening when you control these devices through Home is that Google is passing along your commands to the third party device's server to make things happen and relies on them to do what you asked for.

Not sure if Muhamed has the exact same problem, but I too am having issues with Google's connectivity to Tuya/Smart Life.

Although linked, and controllable via Google home app, scenes or automations will not function via Google Assistant, and Google assistant is unable to control them by voice command or routine inclusion.

Furthermore, I am unable to unlink to try and re-link. Smart life is not listed in "linked services" despite the devices being listed in Google home app. Linked but not completely.

Voice command "hey Google, sync devices" results in: "smart life must be synched by the user who added to Google home app".

WTF?

Your thoughts please?

Any workarounds to unlink without using Google home app? Maybe via website interface?

I have submitted the issue through the feedback activity in Google home.

It appended log and system information as well.
