Can't find Harmony (Logitech) to add a device on Google Home via "works with Google Home" option

Any idea where the option to add to add Logitech's harmony devices went? When I try to add my harmony hub, which it left me add just last week, there is no option for Harmony to add a device via the "works with Google Home" option.

Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I understand you can't find the Harmony (Logitech) option to add your Harmony Hub on the Google Home app via 'Works with Google,' especially since you were able to do that just last week. I appreciate the information you provided. I'd be happy to help you with this!

To better investigate this situation, please provide the following information:

  • Is the Harmony Hub already added to your Harmony mobile app?
  • If you have other Logitech Harmony devices, have they appeared in the Google Home app?
  • Would you be able to share the video publicly, as the current link is private and requires access?

In the meantime, I suggest the following steps:

  • Ensure your mobile device and both the Google Home and Harmony mobile apps are updated.
  • Verify if the Harmony mobile app is already linked to 'Works with Google.' If so, unlink and relink it in the Google Home app. You can find instructions in this article: Connect third-party smart home devices in the Google Home app.
