Please help I can’t login into my Nest app on my LG tv

The Nest app for Android TV and Apple TV can only be used with legacy Nest accounts. If you migrated your account or sign in with a Google account, it's never been possible to use the Nest app on Android TV and Apple TV unfortunately.

So if I had an actual login account for the Nest app I still couldn’t login into the app on my LG tv?  Google Play Store has the actual app

If you have a Nest account (i.e., you don't use the sign in with Google option to login to the Nest app) then yes, those legacy accounts can use the Nest app on Android TV and Apple TV.

Migrated Nest accounts and Google accounts are not compatible.
