Can't see Nest devices into Google Home account

Hello,

I've recently bought a Google Nest Thermostat Learning v3. No problems for installation and configuration.
But it's my first device requiring Nest App, so I installed it and created a new account (logged with Google Account)

Now, I can control my device with Nest App, but I can't see the device into Google Home ! Nest App doesn't seem to import automaticly data from Home (I can't see my wife's account linked on Home in Nest Familly tab either).

I don't now how to fix this, since both Apps are using the same Google Account, but don't communicate.

Numerous customers have reported the same thing in this forum

Many have reported success with this workaround:

In the Google Nest app, create a new, temporary Google Nest "home/structure".

Go to the Google Home app and delete that new, empty Google Nest "home/structure".

This action apparently forces the 2 apps to sync, and makes the thermostat appear in the Google Home app.
