I made a password and it’s right but it says invalid. I just need to reset it do a new one I don’t know what to do

Have you done a simple internet search on how to? Otherwise we're going to need more information- such as is this on the nest specifically? Or which device?

 Hello Masons, 

Seems like you're having a tough time logging into your account. No worries, I'm here to help you out and get things back on track! First off, are you trying to sign in to the Nest app or the Google Home app? If you're using the Nest app, did you choose the "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Nest" option? Also, have you tried resetting your password by clicking the "Forgot password" button?
