My app stopped working on my phone and I have uninstall the app and reinstall it. I have tried to do it from my PC but I still was not successful in logging in. The problem is I keep getting an error message saying that my username or password is incorrect. I’ve not changed anything so I know the information that I’m inputting is correct. I’ve seen multiple conversations with this problem and I’ve tried to resolve my issue using the suggested fix however I still am not able to login

I'm just another Google Nest customer, but if you're getting an incorrect username or password error message when trying to log into the Google Nest app and the home.nest.com website, the most likely explanation is that you are inadvertently entering a username or password that is different from what you were previously using.
