My Nest App has decided that I cannot login. I am using the account that my Nest reports go to and I have tried resetting the password, but the reset email never arrives. I have also tried logging in using my Google account, but that just loops back to the login screen. I am able to access the account on the web, using my Google account. Also, Google Home is also not working on my phone, which I think is impacting home and away sensing. Any thoughts on troubleshooting steps or correction?

Some customers have had looping problems like yours when trying to logon, and had to allow third-party cookies for home.nest.com and accounts.google.com:

Change your default browser to Google Chrome in the setting of your cell phone. Everything will work. After that change your default browser back the original one.
