Cannot Remove Bulb

Hi, 

I previously had access to an ex-partners google home. In that home was a Mirabello RGB bulb. 
Since leaving that household, the Mirabello bulb is linked to me, but I do not have access to the bulb, any Mirabello account or the google home where it is physically present. 
I cannot unlink the device as when you click ‘unlink’ there is no device to unlink on the next page. 
I cannot move this bulb into a room. 
How can I remove this device?
