I am considering buying a Nest Outdoor Monitoring Package with Monitor and battery camera. All I want is live streaming video, no history. Is this a reliable package? I don't want to pay for a storage subscription.

Nest Cam with Floodlight

If the Google Nest Cam/Floodlight is turned on using the Google Home app, does the light stay on until I turn it off? I was told it will only stay on for 10 seconds to 5 minutes (depending on the setting) and will shut off when no motion is detected....
