Cannot log in online

Cannot login to home.nest.com. I has been fine for years. Now I have the blue screen with spinner. Tried Chrome and Firefox, same result. Nest app on my phone is fine.

  • What model of the Nest devices do you have?
  • To log in to (home.nest.com), are you using your mobile device's browser or a computer?
  • Are you able to access other websites without issues on the same browsers (Chrome and Firefox)?
  • Are you using a VPN or any ad-blockers/security software that might interfere with website loading?
  • Could you specify the operating system (e.g., Android version, iOS version) on the device you're using for the Nest app?
  • When you say "blue screen with spinner," does anything else appear on the screen? Any error messages, even brief ones?
  • Are you sure you're trying to log in with the correct credentials, specifically the Google account associated with your Nest account (if you've migrated)?
