Cant connect JBLLinkView3056. Its settings show it has no network, and cant connect it via home app

Initially when bought connected it to a address, then relocated it to another address. Since then have been unsuccessful at reconnecting. Have reset the device at least 6x to restart. Also deleted connection via gmail accounts.

No success.

I'm so sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. I understand that connection issues with devices can be frustrating, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 
 
I wanted to ask if you were still having issues with this? If so, would you mind letting me know what troubleshooting steps you have taken? 
 
Also, I would suggest reaching out to the JBL LinkView support to see if they can help you with this. I see that there is no network, but if you clearly have a wifi, it is going to be something to do with the device itself and not the app.
