Routines starting exactly one hour later than planned

A few similar cases already but none with resolutions.

Google Nest Mini starts the wake up routing exactly one hour later than the time it should. Set up to start at 0650, starts at 0750 instead. Says the correct time, and time zones match so it's not a time zone thing. Times match between the phone and nest. Fortunately I've woken up in time for work at 0650 anyway so far! But this is a frustrating error.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am sorry to hear that your Routines are late going through. I would make sure that your address, and other personal information is up to date so that your devices have the correct time and date and timezone.
