Hello my name is Faith and my chrome cast and google speaker isn’t connecting and my network Location and Location settings is on but their still not connecting right please help

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that connection issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know networking issues can be difficult to troubleshoot on your own. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What type of Chromecast do you have?
  • Are you connecting to a 2.4GHz network, or a 5GHz network?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
