Community not sorting threads correctly

This community forum is showing the pinned threads but despite changing my settings on the side options (trying recent linear etc) I am not seeing the thread I just replied to as an updated thread.

Normally, threads with new posts are bumped automatically to the top but that's not happening here. I've replicated the issue on pc, tablet, and phone.

Thank you for letting us know that your Google Nest Community Forum feed is not sorting threads correctly. I understand that this can be confusing, but could you check out the settings below?

On your community profile settings under Preferences, try to put a check mark on the Show the location for subscriptions and bookmarks, Show the latest post or subscriptions and bookmarks, and Show the Latest Topics component options in the Home Page. Then, make sure that the Threaded format: Sorting order within topics is in the oldest first. Save and refresh the page once the changes have been made.

I rechecked my profile settings before posting my reply. My settings already are as you suggested, no changes needed to be made, yet the issue persists.

I believe my issue is an intentional "flaw" in the forum software.

I see. I appreciate you giving it a shot. Could you also try using incognito mode or a private window with the same credentials? Let me know if there are changes.
