Hey folks, I was hoping you guys could help me figure out why my Google Home app refuses to recognize my Sony srsxb43 speaker while trying to set it up. It just won't come up when it scans for Bluetooth devices.
It's a new speaker, and the nice fella over to Best Buy said it's doable. Any suggestions?

If you are having trouble connecting your Sony speaker to your Google Home or Nest speaker using Bluetooth, you may try to power cycle both of the devices for a minute or two. Make sure that the speaker also shows up as an available device when you turn on your phone's Bluetooth and follow the steps in this support article to get your Sony device connected.
