Nest outdoor wireless / Nest app on PC

I have a nest doorbell with camera, two thermostats and an outdoor nest camera (battery).  they all appear on my iPhone within the Nest home app and nest app.  However, when using my PC only the doorbell camera and thermostats appear.  Looking up possible corrections, one is to plug camera into PC USB port.  I've done that but no app initiates.   

So have no idea how to add.  Any help is appreciated.

Google Nest decided that the newer Google Nest cameras and doorbells released starting in Sept. 2021 would appear ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website. However, for the last 4 months there has been a "preview"/beta home.google.com where you can see a livestream of all of your cameras and doorbells, but no history (at least, not yet).
