Connecting to Homey Pro

Hi,

After connecting mij Homey Pro to the Google Assistant, almost all my devices are connected and showing in the Google Home App.

One problem though, all my sensors (Door-/Windowsensors) appear with the wrong status (Open)

In reality, all the doors and windows are closed and that's the status in my Homey Pro and that should be the status in the Google Home App.

So what is going wrong here??

Thank you for posting to the community. I understand that all the sensors appear with the wrong status. I'm happy to help you! 

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • When did the inconvenience start? 
  • Have you already used a different mobile device?

In the meantime, please follow these steps: 

  • Sing out then sign back in
  • Force close and then open it back 
  • Uninstall the Google Home app and reinstall it back

same issue here als automation in google home are only executed if you open the Google home app

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that you're getting the same inconvenience, for now, I'd like to know if you already tried the steps in the previous reply. 

At the moment, i need to ask these questions below: 

  • What troubleshooting have you done so far?
  • When did the inconvenience start? 
  • Which device are you using that the Google assistant doesn't work
  • Have you already used a different mobile device?
