A week ago there was a bug in the Nest app. Energy usage wasn’t recording. It took almost a week for Google to fix it. Now it’s happening again!! No energy usage recorded for yesterday!! Come on Google when are you going to fix this problem?? The troubleshooting nonsense you keep directing us to is useless!! Please fix this!!!

Sorry to hear about your missing energy history. I can understand the frustration behind losing that kind of data. I'm happy to look into this for you.
We're currently aware of an issue with the Nest thermostat Energy History. Affected customers will see a "No usage" message indicated, but tapping the day will show detailed usage. We're working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible, and truly appreciate your patience as we get this resolved.
