Different notifications for multiple locations

Is there not a way have a different notification sounds when you have multiple locations in Google Home? So if I want to have one sound for all notifications from location 1 and a separate one for location 2?

What about making an announcement instead. That way you won't have to recall what each sound represents.

While customizing sounds per location isn't currently supported, we appreciate your feedback. We assure you that we're listening to your concerns. Your input helps us improve our notification system.

In the meantime, consider using Google Routines. Routines allow you to specify a unique sound or even a short voice message for each location, giving you more control over your notifications. For further information, please refer to this article: Create and manage Routines in Google Home.
