Hello i just signed up to be an expert, i work as a dish tech, i work with setting up Google products all the time but i need your help so i can help others. When i link the dish account in the home app, i am unable to link the hopper to the home app. It fails every time. I would like to become an expert in this particular area of Google, not only will it help me sell more Google products, i can represent Google and be able to assist customers the way dish and google intended.

What error messages are you receiving when trying to connect your dish account to the Home app?
Also what troubleshooting steps have you tried after it fails.

Hey Garrett, i signed up to be an expert on here lol. But anyways, when i connect the dish account to Google home that works fine, it's even i connect the hopper receiver itself to the Google account is where i always run into problems, i get to the part where i type the code and hit next, then it fails and it keeps failing every time i hit try again. To trouble shoot i reset hopper and phone, i unlink account and relink and i keep getting the same error
