Nest migration to Google

I’m having issues with access to the app. I have followed the migration instructions and I’m sure it worked (end of last winter) then the nest app stopped and is asking me to migrate again but when I follow that it says my google account is already linked to another account. 

Please help me so I can control the heating again.

The one problem I know the Migration tool has is that the "GSuite/GWorkplace" identities are not allowed to own any of the 'personal' devices.  You have to have a "user@gmail.com" account as the owner in order to function.

Sorry to hear that you're still having issues on this but I'm happy to help. 

What kind of email address are you using? Are you using an @gmail.com email address? I suggest using that domain or creating a new Gmail account as that is going to be the easiest solution for you.

To "fix" in your case? 

Get on a chat with support, and they can walk you out of the hole.
