I’m having issues with access to the app. I have followed the migration instructions and I’m sure it worked (end of last winter) then the nest app stopped and is asking me to migrate again but when I follow that it says my google account is already linked to another account.
Please help me so I can control the heating again.

What kind of email address are you using? Are you using an @gmail.com email address? I suggest using that domain or creating a new Gmail account as that is going to be the easiest solution for you.
