Dyson oscillation command not working

We have a dyson hot and cold air purifier. It links in our google home and has worked fine. Some days ago the dyson has stopped accepting the command to start oscillation through google home. The function still works on the machine and through the dyson app.

Any and all help and advice appreciated.

Let's see what's going on with your device. A few questions: were there any recent changes to your network or device? What's the exact command you've used? Also, are you getting any message on your Google Home? 

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  • Reboot your Google Home, Dyson devices and router to refresh the connection.
  • Say the voice command, “Hey Google, sync all devices." 
  • Unlink and relink your Dyson account.
