So i bought a home nest today and i can’t get pass the error. I’ve tryed reseting the device to factory, deleted the app and reinstalled again, watch every youtube video on this error and still can’t do anything.

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let see what's going on.
A quick question: are you using a regular Google Account? Make sure you're using a private home network. Also, have you had the chance to use a different mobile phone to see it you'll get the same result?
