Nest connect keeps disconnecting form network despite factory reset and troubleshooting several times. What needs to be done?

To gather the necessary information, please answer the following questions:

  • How far is the Nest Connect from the router? 
  • Do you have the same issue with another Nest device?
  • Have you made any changes to your home network?
  • What is the color of the LED status light on your Nest Connect?
