Everything used to work perfectly in my nest app until I decided to migrate my nest account to google so I could subscribe to the nest aware subscription. I was unable to migrate my nest account to a google account. each time I try to complete the migration, it tells me "oops! We encountered an error. Please try again." with no other context to what the error could be. I tried several times with the same result, so I gave up. I spent a long time with google/nest support to no avail. We tried to delete the app and reinstall, read all the terms and clicked done for each, and nothing worked. Then we tried the same thing with a browser and same error. At least I can still access the doorbell and cameras through the nest app, but since it will not migrate, I cannot subscribe to the nest aware app.
