Every other week routines.

Apologies if this is in the incorrect forum, and also I haven't found an answer so again apologies if this is an old or easy fix.

I use my Google Home & Nest to create routines which are ok if you have a daily routine or a weekly routine. One or two of my routines are every other week or every 4 weeks for instance we put our General waste and recycling out for collection alternate weeks, I would like the nest to announce which bin needs putting out for collection. 

I have tried doing this via my Google calendar/Tasks but they only remind me if I ask them. If I forget to ask then I won't be reminded.

You might have to buy an Echo speaker as their Reminders will speak out the title for up to four times, send you a notification and even send you a text message. 

Even if you don't get a speaker the app could give you the notification and text message.

Repeat reminders can be 24 times a day, up to every 31 days, up to 31 weeks and up 31 months.
