Family link is terrible: 1 child out of 3 can't access

Family Link by far is the worst app I have ever used.  I have one child out of my 3 that cannot access google assistant.  First I couldn't even find/discover the devices to link her acct because of a "wifi error"; despite being on the same ssid and devices functioning for everyone else. Finally fixed that and I'm not even sure how. 2) I have poured through Family Link looking for what to fix and I simply can't find anything that is remotely useful.  It never recognizes the 1 child. All the settings for the children are the same, yet hers continues not to work.

I have:

  • Retrained her voice multiple times
  • Reboot and reset the nest devices multiple times
  • Removed her from devices then struggled to link them back
  •  Combed the internet for solutions
  • Turned off all filters for testing
  • Combed through all the service settings
  • Tried adding her to the household, but can't since she is 6

There is absolutely no way for me to figure this out.  NOW, I'd like to just delete this entire disaster BUT I can't even do that.  Can't remove accounts from Family Link at all.

GET IT TOGETHER, GOOGLE.  Why does this need to be so maddeningly difficult for my kid to listen to fairy tales on Youtube?  Why does this work for the two other kids, younger and older than her, but not for this account?Screen loops of the same setting pages that do nothing, nobody to talk to, NO WAY TO EVEN DELETE IT.

I'm going to bring her down to the Fulton Market Google building and let her cry in your lobby because she can't play "Frozen" on the speaker.  I've been listening to her for weeks.  Your turn.
