I’ve had these Feit smart bulbs for a while and they worked great with my previous wifi set up at my old house. Ever since I moved into our new apartment, they no longer connect to the Google Home App. I can control and use them perfectly through the Feit App, but they only show “offline” in the Google Home app. I’ve tried to relink the account multiple times and I’ve reset the bulbs themselves multiple times. Nothing works!
I am on a community wifi network at this complex, but everything else in this place seems to work fine. Just not my Feit bulbs in the Home App. It also doesn’t work with my Google Home Hub either 🤷🏻♂️

Thank you for letting me know about your linking third-party device problem. I'm committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do everything I can to help you resolve this issue. Try removing the third-party device directly from your Google account and relinking it to the Google Home app. Check out the link below and see if they are still linked. If so, you both can remove it from there. Once done, relink it to the Google Home app.
