My Google home app won't communicate with Noma Advanced Christmas lights. I have followed all troubleshooting steps provided by Google agents twice now. Everything has been factory reset. Even reinstalled Google home app.
The lights work perfectly with their Native Noma app.
When I link the Noma Christmas Lights app to Google home, the service links, and the devices show up in my Google Home App list of devices. However, their status never updates and they can't be controlled. It does not say they are offline. If I turn them on in the Google Home App, they don't turn on. But the Google Home App says they are on. I can clearly see they are not on. Between talking to Noma technical support and Google Technical support. This is where I have been sent by the last Google agent.
