Hello Tportela,
Thanks for letting us know that your Nest Thermostat shows offline in the Google Home app but is connected to your Wi-Fi network. Let's sort this out.
Make sure that the Google Home app is up to date by checking it on the App Store. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling it and signing in with the same email account used for your thermostat. Also, restart your thermostat and reboot your phone to refresh their connections.
Please let me know if that helps, or if the issue still persists.
Regards,
Mark

I actually had to turn off all presence settings. Works fine now. When I had presence settings on my furnace couldn’t keep up and the Wi-Fi kept messing up. Turned off all presence settings and it’s been operating fine for 3 days now. Thank you.
