Hello, 6 days ago my xbox series x went offline in the home app.
I contacted Google support and microsoft support, did all the steps they told me on the phone, still did not manage to reconnect my xbox in the google home app.
Did factory reset on the phone
Did factory reset on the tablet
Did factory reset on the xbox
Rebooted the router, and changed to 2.4ghz instead of 2.4 and 5
I 'delinked' xbox on my google account, and on microsoft.com/consent
My google home app tells me to link xbox, when i try it, the app shuts down, and on my tablet i get a message, could not reach xbox, please try again.
It was working fine before?
Anyone else have a solution to fix the issue?
To get my xbox working again with voice commands?
Thanks for the help.
Kind Regards.

Thanks for your answer.
I fixed the problem, after long search and did not find nothing online.
I decided to look into my update history.
The OS update from Xbox was installed on the background, but in the process, there was a power blackout.
So the reset to factory settings did not fixed the issue, cuz they take the latest OS update.
So i manually downloaded the OSU1 from the microsoft servers, did an offline update/downgrade from my flashdrive. Then when i put the console back online, it forced me to do the system update from october. It rebooted couple times, by installing the update, once done. I get into the google home app, and it synced automaticly, i did not need to add new device, it just was back in the app.
I think there was a bug between the sync OS update and the third party communication.
But that's the way i fixed it.
Works again.
I use the Google home hub 2
Google nest audio v2
and 2 Google nest Mini v2
Kind regards.

Hi DEoli,
Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us.
Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Could you provide the case number when you contacted Google support, so we can further check? Which Nest speaker? Also, could you send us a screenshot of the message from your Google Home app when you are trying to link Xbox?
Below are the steps on how to upload a photo:
Also, you can tap the "Drag and Drop" option. Maximum attachment is 5 MB.
Thanks,
Juni
