Hi,
I have Google Nest Wifi - Wifi-system. The Google Home crashes on my iPhone when I try to access the Cameras in Main menu. I have added Deltaco Google certified cameras but its not possible to access due to Google Home crashes. I have the latest iOS and tried to reinstall the app without any success.
I would appreciate if anyone could share if there are any know fix(s), thanks

Hello Mathias100,
Thanks for visiting the Community.
I know how it feels when you're having issues accessing the Google Home app on your phone. I'd love to dig deeper into this. Could you tell us the specific model and iOS version of your phone? What is the Google Home app version on your phone? Have you tried using a different phone/tablet to check if you have the same issue?
Looking forward to your response.
Cheers,
Muddi

Hi,
The Google Home app does not crash anymore, but you are not able to watch the Deltaco cameras despite that it is Google Home certified.

Hi Mathias,
Thanks for the update! A few questions: were the Deltaco cameras streaming fine in the Google Home app before? If yes, when did the issue start? What's the model of your Deltaco cameras? What Google Home app version are you using? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Please try to unlink and relink your Deltaco cameras in the Google Home app. Here's the guide: open the Google Home app > Tap on Devices > Add > Works with Google > Look for the Deltaco cameras app > Unlink. You can go through similar steps to relink your devices and verify if you can stream them in the app afterwards. Check out this link for more information.
Let me know how it goes.
Sincerely,
Lovely

Hey Mathias100,
Could you check if there's an available update for the Google Home app on your phone? Also, have you tried reaching out with Deltaco support to check if your camera can be streamed on a third-party app like the Google Home app?
Cheers,
Muddi
