Google Home lists all Lutron devices as offline

I am not able to control Lutron Caseta devices through Google Home. This used to work but now does not. Google Home indicates my Lutron account is linked and recognizes all devices, but when added to a home, they are all listed as offline.  Per a previous thread with the same issue, I tried creating another home and moving the devices but the result is the same. The Lutron and Apple Home apps both connect and work as expected. I’ve tried deleting the Google Home app and reinstalling, creating a new home in Google Home, and removing and reinstalling the Lutron account link, but nothing works.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This happens to me from time to time with Vizio Tv's. The fix in that case is to logout of the Vizio app, and shut the app down. Open the Vizio app back up and log in. Now go to the Google Home app and relink the Vizio sevice ( no need to unlink). It may or may not work with Lutron.

I tried the approach recommended by kiltguy2112 with no luck.  Google Home appears to successfully link the Lutron app after uninstalling, but all devices recognized in the home are still listed as Offline.  If I click directly on the device, Google Home says the device is not responding.  As all Lutron devices work correctly in the Lutron and Apple Home apps, I'm assuming this is a Google Home issue

Hey there CMD63,

No problem, we can try some more things to see if we can get the apps to play nicely. Go ahead and check out this thread and follow the steps provided by Ashepherdson and Buck to see if that helps in this case.

Thank you,
Jeran
