Hello everyone.

Since a few days ago my google home decided to either start controlling my devices only partly, or simply not control them at all. here is my setup:

I have Zigbee 3 devices bought from the Lidl, that are linked with a Zigbee 3 hub.
This hub is linked to google home.

I have the following combinations:

"Living room"> 3 lights

"bed room" > 3 lights
"office" >3 lights

"TV> a smart power outlet with 3 normal power outputs and 4 USB outputs
"Computer"> a smart power outlet with 3 normal power outputs and 4 USB outputs

A few days ago it started that "Computer" would no longer do anything. if you say "Hey Google, turn the computer on" it will still say "turning the computer on" and you hear the click as if it turns it on. however, it doesn't actually turn the power outlet on at all!

2 days later it started with the lights, that it would turn only 1 or 2 out of the 3 lights on and off.  or for the office simply no lights on or off at all.

there is no error message, google home acts like it's turning the devices on or off. however, it's not working properly.

All other google home commands seem to work, but somehow it fails to control all devices.
As far as I know, nothing has changed at all. I didn't change any settings, didn't remove or add any devices. nothing changed.

Does anyone know how to get google to control the devices again?

Hi there, Bas 5135.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am sorry to hear that some of your devices aren't working any longer! Because they are not Google Products, I cannot say for sure what the issue may be. You may want to reach out to the third-party company for further assistance.

Also, I would try to restart your devices, try to remove and add them back in. Make sure all of them are updated and firmware is up to date. Please let me know if you need anything else.
