Google Home won't find all of my Smart Life devices

Hi,
I have a few products (lightbulbs and heaters) that use Smart Life that I want to connect to my Google Home app.

When I link my Smart Life app to Google Home, the only devices that appear are the lightbulbs. The heaters do not, even though they are 100% compatible. I can control them find in the Smart Life app, but for some reason they just don't appear in Google.

I have tried everything - deleting all the devices, adding them again, unlinking and relinking the account, I have tried creating a new account and gone through the whole process and it doesn't work, I have tried clearing cache and rebooting all devices, I've tried adding the devices using my Android tablet as well as two different iPhones. Please can someone help!

 

It is worth noting that when I use my tablet and just try and add the heaters and not the lamps it says that no compatible devices can be found, but when I try the same with my iPhone nothing happens at all.

 

The heaters are definitely compatible as per the retailer, the user manual, the box they come in, etc.

Hi,

I’ve tried it about 50 times. I will authorise, it will link to the app and then the screen that should pop up to select which devices you want to add just doesn’t show up on my iPhone, and on my Android tablet it says no compatible devices.

 

I have done all the obvious things that you’d think to try.

 

Edit: I can add my lightbulbs just fine, it is the heaters that are the problem.

If I try only having the heaters by themselves on the Smart Life app nothing happens when trying to add to Google, if I try the lightbulbs by themselves in the Smart Life app it works, if I try the lightbulbs and heater together then only the lightbulbs will show up…

@etloh, please answer the following: what's the model and manufacturer of the heater? Did this ever work in the Google Home app before?

Check with the heater manufacturer for troubleshooting steps that can help get them added to the Google Home app. Let me know if their suggestions help.

Please share with me the heater model in your SmartLife app so I can look into this more closely. Let me know what Feit and Wyze devices you have and if they have ever worked before.

I do.  None of my Wyze or Feit devices can be contacted. No compatible devices found on re-authorization etc.

May I know what your Feit and Wyze devices are? Please give me the devices' model and tell me if you've worked in the Google Home app before.

Working now wo explanation.  Not sure if I had to but rebuilt the home in the app. relinked etc.
