My 96-year-old mother is now completely deaf. I recently discovered Google Live Transcribe. which has been a big help in communicating with her using my Android phone. I wanted to find a way she had something simple with her all the time in her room in a nursing home. I saw Google Home Nest and after asking a Best Buy salesperson, I was convinced this Google app would work with Home Nest. I made the purchase. As I set up the unit, I discovered it will not allow me to use this Google Live Transcribe app. I am looking for suggestions and solutions. Thanks!
