Google home app not displaying Nest devices previously installed under original NEST account.

Hey there ELMcRae, 

I'm sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to see what's going on. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the Google Home app, I know it can be confusing, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

 

Just a few questions. 

  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
  • Have you double checked that you're in the correct account when you log in?
