Google home panel gone

Hi everyone, I have a X90l television in my living room. I also have an x85r in my bedroom.

These are both Sony's and they both have Google TV built into the TV as its operating software. Both of them have had the Google home panel accessible in the settings. Quick view. But suddenly, out of nowhere the x90l has stopped showing it. X85r still has the option. The x90l is a newer model than the x85r and they're actually both running the exact same operating system.

I have done everything that this poster has done: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Apps-Account/Add-Google-Home-Panel-to-Google-TV/m-p/670761#M3...

But I have had no luck as he had. I'm dumbfounded as I've done nothing. The only other person that has ever used the TV is The nanny and she's not very literate enough to know how to delete things or change settings. Anyone have any idea how to get this back? I need it because I have a nest cam in the baby's room and when he's sleeping I can cast it onto the TV through the Google home panel but now I can't.

It randomly fixed itself. No update, no factory reset - didn't even unplug or anything. If just showed up.
