Google home radio 403 error; radio doesn't open to link my Sirius account

• Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
• Where are you seeing this error message?
  • On the Google device? The Google Home App?
• Is this issue occurring on your Sirius app? 
• How are you trying to listen to the radio?
  • Voice Command? Casting through your phone?
• Is your device powering on and working normally besides this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
