Google home remote issue

What is the make and model of your TV? Is it a cast-enabled TV? What is the Cast firmware version? Also, what are the steps that you've tried?

Please note that not all Smart TVs with built-in Chromecast support these features, and it is best if you reach out to your TV manufacturer to check if you can control the TV using a third-party application like the Google Home app.
