Google "Home" instance always pick English over other requested language when one member has English

Starting out, I have all of my Google Devices, including Google Home app and Assistant, set to English (United States) instead of my native language Danish.
This thread is about the concept of a "Home" instance in the Google Home app. Whenever I write "Home", it is referring to the instance, that has members, an address, and individual devices coupled to that instance.

I sometimes help my family with their Google Nest Hub devices.
Because of this, I have been a part of their Google "Home" for a while.
Recently, my family have had a bug where their Google Assistant would only respond in English answers, even when they spoke another language to it.

I was debugging it, and made sure the language settings were correct via the Google Home app on my family's phone, and everything was in order. But the error still occurred.
It was only fixed when I tried leaving their Google "Home", that it was fixed.

I would just like to report it somewhere that this is causing trouble for us.
I will not recommend Google Devices in the future, if I cannot help manage their devices without the Google "Home" switching out of another language and to my specific language.

Thanks for reaching out. We hear you—we can understand why you feel that way. Another alternative that you can do is to remove secondary language from your account and just add the one that they use in their home. You can check out the article below to know more about it.
